Mexico is only 3 months away and I am hard at work with the tr6c! Nick at Ace cycle has become my goto place for all my questions.. Here is a preview...
New friend and old chopper
Steve from Washington state has been sending me some pictures of his sweet Honda 450 chop that he is working on. He has a cool chopper frame and a donor bike to make the chopper dream true! Keep up the good work man!!!!

Strach will be home in a few months. It will be good to ride with him again. He is currently in Afghanistan flying a chinook chopper.

Brian's Xlh Sportster finished for now.
Brian has got his blitwell seat, and handle bars, Burly shocks, Cycle Shack mufflers and a few other goodies on his Sportster. He should be good for a little bit.

Street tracker
I went on a run yesterday and saw this beauty near the Levi Strauss headquarters. It is a good looking bike and had me forgetting about choppers for a bit. think it's an XS 650. My 66 Trumpet is on it's way (slowly) and going to put in some new rings and gaskets on the suzuki and give it a "tracker/cafe racer" look...stay tuned

Dan Collins Sportster
Here are some more pictures I found of Dan Collins Sportster. If I ever get another sportster I want it to look like this.
Side note I met Dan once in Mexico; he needed some gas and I gave it to him.

Well it was a fun weekend. i went up to truckee on saturday after work and arrived at about 430. What do i see when i pull up? Cody has 3 additional bikes in the garage (to add to the 7 already there). Chris (cody's pops) and Cody picked up a 2000 Road King and 2 1984 XR1000's at an auction in Reno. Road king was running the very next day. As far as my 66 Triumph T120R goes, we got the seat bracket welded in and are working on welding in the spring stays (Cody and his dad are teaching me how to weld). We bolted on the hard tail that we just picked up, and installed the Harley conversion bearings for my 35mm front end f( i don't like Triumph front ends). I took the pups up there and they had a good time with Cody's dogs Harley and Chevy. Everyone had a good time! Thanks Chris, Brenda, Cody, Shawna and Brit for everything. The video is of the Road King less than 24 hours of owning the bike.
